By submitting a registration or application through this website — as a Delegate, Delegation, Campus Ambassador, or Committee Director/Assistant Committee Director (ACD) — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit a registration.
The Lyallpur International Model United Nations (LIMUN) is a Model United Nations conference organized by the Youth Leaders Parliament (YLP), a student society at the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (UAF). References to "we," "us," "our," or "the organizing team" in these Terms refer to YLP and the LIMUN organizing committee.
LIMUN is open to students currently enrolled at a recognized school, college, or university, unless otherwise stated in a specific committee's background guide or registration category. The organizing team reserves the right to request proof of enrollment and to decline or cancel a registration that does not meet eligibility criteria, with a refund handled per our Refund Policy.
Registration is available in four categories, each with different terms:
Current fees are displayed on the registration page at the time of submission. Fees are quoted in [Rs. / PKR] and are subject to change for future editions of LIMUN without affecting registrations already confirmed.
Payments for Delegate and Delegation registrations are processed through Neem, a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card or bank account details — payment credentials are handled entirely by Neem's checkout, subject to Neem's own terms. A registration is not confirmed until payment is successfully completed; if a payment fails or is cancelled, no fee is charged and the registration remains unconfirmed until retried.
Committee preferences submitted at registration are requests, not guarantees. Final committee assignments, and any country or personality allotments, are made at the sole discretion of the organizing team, taking into account factors such as registration order, experience level, and overall committee balance. Allotments are communicated by email to the contact address provided at registration.
All participants — delegates, delegation members, Campus Ambassadors, and executive board members — are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the conference, in committee sessions and in any associated social or promotional activity. The organizing team reserves the right to remove any participant from the conference, without refund, for conduct that is disruptive, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise seriously inappropriate. [Edit: link to or attach a full standalone Code of Conduct document here if/when one exists.]
By participating in LIMUN, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded during committee sessions, ceremonies, and related events, and to the organizing team's use of that material for LIMUN's and YLP's promotional, archival, and social media purposes. If you do not wish to be featured in promotional material, contact us in advance at the address below and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate this.
The organizing team reserves the right to modify the conference schedule, committee lineup, venue, or format, and — in circumstances beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to venue unavailability, university directives, public health or safety concerns, or insufficient registrations) — to postpone or cancel LIMUN entirely. In the event of organizer-side cancellation, registered delegates and delegations are entitled to a refund or credit as described in our Refund Policy.
Participation in LIMUN, including travel to and from the venue, is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YLP, UAF, and the LIMUN organizing team are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising from participation in the conference, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Background guides, position paper templates, branding, and other materials provided by the organizing team remain the intellectual property of YLP/LIMUN and are provided solely for use in preparing for and participating in the conference, not for redistribution or commercial use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your participation in LIMUN will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [City], Pakistan.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for instance to reflect a new edition of the conference or a change in how registrations are processed. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the registration site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
